Now this is lovely, the problem is that sometimes we don't feel Christmassy. This year I don't. Now please don't misunderstand me I love Christmas, and everything that it entails, but with Mum's death and other family problems I just don't feel terribly Christmassy this year that's all. Again I will enjoy Christmas but I really don't need to be made guilty because I'm not to feeling something I'm not.
So my advice:-
Enjoy Christmas (or not) as you choose. Put a tree up, or not, decorate your home, or not, visit relatives, friends, or enjoy your own company. Watch telly, or don't. Have a few drinks, or be sober. Whether it has religious significance for you, or not. Be whatever you are this Christmas, don't let anyone tell you to feel something you don't. Do whatever brings you the most peace.
